One truck, split between contractors.

Specialty steel ships cheapest by the truckload — but most contractors can't fill a whole truck alone. Truck Pool lets them claim what they need on a shared load and split the freight, all from their phone.

The problem

Full truck = best price. Half a truck = no deal.

A contractor who only needs a few bundles of tube or purlin either overpays for a small order or eats the freight on a truck they can't fill. Meanwhile the distributor is guessing at demand — what to stock, what to order, who actually wants it.

The fix is to let buyers pool onto the same truck. The hard part is making that simple enough that a busy contractor will do it from a job site, in Spanish, on a phone.

What we built

A funnel a contractor can run from the truck.

Industrial-feeling, mobile-first, bilingual — built so claiming your share of a load takes a couple of taps and a text.

Real prices & live stock

Browse the catalog by product with line-item prices and clear stock signals — in stock, low, or backorder — not a generic "call for a quote."

Claim your share

Pick the bundles you want for the next truck, see your total, and commit — the freight gets split across everyone on the load.

Text to lock in

A quick phone sign-in and an SMS lock-in fires a text to the shop with the buyer and quantity, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Demand signal

Every commit tells the shop what's actually selling — turning a guessing game into a real ordering plan.

The funnel does one job and does it cleanly — capturing committed buyers. Invoicing and payments run through the shop's existing accounting system, so nothing about the money lives in a place it shouldn't.

Why it matters

Real contractors, real loads.

Truck Pool isn't a pitch deck — the first truck has already shipped and the next ones are loading with real buyers. It's another example of software we built to solve our own problem first, then proved in the field.

"Make the right thing the easy thing — claim your steel, split the freight, send a text. Done."

Got a flow that needs to be dead simple?

Sign-ups, order funnels, booking flows — we build the path of least resistance between your customer and "yes."
